Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
a chartered accountant advertised auditing services at RM2000 for limited period. i saw the advertisement and called 2 days after the offer started. two days later the offeror send a text message said she was happy to provide me the service which i read this 3 days later which was on the last day of the offer. a day after the accountant sent the text message, she sent a fax stated that she unable to provide the service. please advise what shall i do

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Unless you are prepared to mount a legal battle, with uncertain results, just move on. There are a ton of chartered accountants out there dying for business. Shop around until you find the right one. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
