Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
if a client signed a contract that we both didn't realize had a different clients name on it. Would that contract be void then?

This situation is not as rare as it should be. It might be tough to enforce a con tract, that says it pertains to oneperson, but is signed by another, agaisnt either person. But, the writing is just a representation of the agreement between the parties. It isn't the agreement itself. So, if one or You should consult directly with acivil practice attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Take the written agteement with you and be prepared to answer questions about who did or didn't do what?
