Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

I was under contract for 6 years delivering appliances in a company truck, and was fired while under contract. The reason I was given for this happening was a low score on a customer satifaction survey. I reviewed my ratings. All that I was given since I began working again (I was temporarily unable to work do to illness) was a Ten out of Ten. Somehow that does not strike me as a low score. It is in my contract that I was to be given 30 day notice before being fired. I was fired and without notice and my employer vehemently refused to schedule delivies for me. I did a a minimum amount I was to be payed per week regardless of number of deliveries. This money has been withheld. I also had 5000 dollars in an account to cover any damages I did to a customers house. After completing work for my employer any money remaining in the account was to be returned within 45 days here it is day 45 and I haven't received this money or the paychecks i'm owed. What actions would you recomend I take?
