Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
Corporation legality
If there are only two people in the corporation - S corp. What are the 2 main offices. Is it Pres. and Vice- President, with the other duties divided. Or is it manditory to have a Pres. and a Secretary?

In a corporation, there are no mandatory management positions. You can structure the titles in any way you want.
There does have to be someone taking minutes at all corporate meetings, and also keeping record of all matters that have been voted upon.
These records are what the state wants from you on an ongoing basis. They don't particularly care what titles each of you hold.
