Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
"Employees should give at least 15 days of notice if he/she wants to leave the company. But if employee fails to give notice and leaves job employee will have to pay back his or her amount received for training period. Evan if he/ or she gets fired from job ."
Is that legal? Should I sign this document?
