Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

I feel like im being discriminated in my work place. I work in a thai restaurant, and my boss wont let me take breaks or even let me text. Which is okay with me but she lets other workers (thai workers) websurf, text, slack off, and basically whatever they want to do. also she distributes the job in their favor, i have to do all the closing time cleaning in the kitchen till 10 oclock like throwing away trash, sweeping, mopping the floor etc(sometimes ill work later than 10 oclock but she wont let me write down the actual time i leave, instead she sets the time for me which is 5pm to 10 pm) while all the other kitchen crews gets to sit and watch from 9pm. can any of this be a case?

Please what you described, appears to be unlawful discriminatory practice at that restaurant. You should consult directly with a civil rights or employment law attorney, in your area very soon.
