Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

I found this women on Craigslist who agreed to watch my children for 125 a week I only had her watch them for 4 days then they went to daycare center. She says I owe 125 plus late fees of 100 and says if I don't pay here by monday that she is going to tell her attorney and I will have to pay double and have to pay attorney fees can she really do this when there was no contract signed in kansas. I am not working anymore what can I do I don't have the money to pay here at all.

If you hired her for a week, you probably owe for the full week. If there was no agreement for attorney fees, you probably won't owe those. If you need a more definite answer, you need to consult directly with a civil practice attorney in your area.
