Can a gas station sell exclusive walmart brand products (great value) for a higher price?

While there may be tax issues, for buying roduct form one retianler an dthen selling it ot eh public, there seems to be no law that prevents one retailer from selling the same product for more than their competitor. That is haow Walmart gets rich, they buy a 100 times more of the best value itmes that does teh gas station. Therefore, they pay less per item for it and can sell it for less.
