Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
I have a huge problem with alot of mistaken identity phone calls for a business that has been closed for about 3 years. Some are business opportunity calls, some are from people asking for the business that they didn't know was closed. There's several websites that pop up this business (was a resteraunt) and have my phone number still placed on thier site. Is there any way other than changing my phone number to get rid of these mistaken phone calls?

Any attorney will say the best, most affordable way is to simply change your phone number. I would say consult with an attorney in your area for specifics, but changing your number is easy.
