Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
I have an immediate need for legal advice about my liability with respect to the conduct of my agents in the state of Missouri. I could talk to a lawyer tomorrow, but I need to make a decision tonight. I am trying to find information about relevant agency law to serve as a guide for my decision.

your post is very genewral. Perhaps if you couLd be more specific about what type of agency liability you want to know about, you might be more likely to get useful advice. What will your agents be doing? what are you insured for?
