Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
At my place of work we have several water valves outside for maintaining the lawn and various maintenance projects. However I suspect that someone who does not work for or who is an employee of the two facilities in our area is using the water without premission. Is it against the law to plug or lock out the water valve so that only the employees can use it?

The owner of the building, their tenant, or the party who is being billed for the water, can lock the bibs.
Good luck
