Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
The school I am attending admittedly submitted my student loan documents with the wrong dates. Because of this, my disbursements are not covering for classes that I have already taken. Instead they are pre-paying for future classes. The university is now demanding that I pay out of pocket for the classes that should have been covered by the loans. They say that there is nothing they can do, and they cannot change the dates once they are entered. I understand that the classes I took have to be paid for. But is there anything else I can do here? Or am I stuck? It just seems a little fishy.

It does sound fishy. If the school's personnel were at fault, the school should work with you to make things right. Just keep going up the ladder at the school. Eventually, you should get to someone with authority to make things right. If not, you found out that you are at the wrong school, and should warn other students to transfer before their futures are ruined.
Good luck
