Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
I am sharing space with someone and in the contract it stats that we are each " Private Contractors" working out of the same space. i have been doing my own indivdual advertisement and the other person said if i use the address on ANYTHING other than my business cards I HAVE TO include HER buisness name as well. Do I legally have to do this ?

If she wants advertising, she needs to pay for it. It may help make advertising cheaper for you if she pays her fair share. If you do not include her, she will have a hard time making that a successful civil suit. that is assuming that you have accurately described your written and other agreements with the other contractor.
Good luck
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer - at least in part. It's not possible to say what your legal responsibilities are without examining the contract you signed as well as all surrounding facts and circumstances. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
