Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
if someone signs a non-compete clause with a company, and the company sells outright, is the person still obligated under the non-compete clause with them. can they leave the original business and then compete since the original company no longer exists.

As a franchise attorney I would say a review of all the facts and circumstances is necessary to answer your question.
