Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas
My small business sold merchandise to and individual through Paypal and later found out the credit card he used was stolen. Paypal went in to my account and took the money out. So I am out the merchandise as well as the money. Is there anything I can do?

Obviously, you can go after the buyer. You know where you shipped the goods, and to whom. You may also be able to make a claim on your business insurance policy.
Good luck
