Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

I used to work for a company that is still using my picture on the website and commercial with out my permission. My question is if this is legal and if not what can I do about it.

When you worked for the company, did you previously give them permission to use your image commercially? If so, they may have retained the right to do so even after you left the company. What did your employment contract say in this regard? If your contract did not give them this right, then they may be misappropriating your image.
