Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas

Can AOL terminate a screenname that is cultrurally accepted in the South as a so

AOL is making me remove my screenname which I have had with them for over a year because they deem it vulgar and could be misconstrued. The screename is my online identity and I dont want to change it.The name is NO1coonass.They are saying the "ass" part is the vulgar part of the name, and the "coon" part is what can be misconstrued. If this is so then why in all of the history books is it written that Daniel Boone wore a "coonskin cap".In Websters dictionary the definition of an "ass" is a silly person or donkey;they also define "coon" as short for racoon.AOL says if I dont delete this name they will terminate my account. Is there any action I can take to keep them from doing this?

They can terminate you. Change your name. Your agreement with AOL gives them these rights.
