Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
breach of confidentiality
If a person is suspected of child abuse and SRS came in and took pictures of the child and dismissed the case as unsubstantiated; can a DISPATCHER in the law enforcement center legally, take the picture to anyone in town and show it to that person?

Re: breach of confidentiality
If the law enforcement dispatcher has no law enforcement related reason to show the picture, I should think that it would be illegal to do so. One would have to ask why this was done and if accusations were made against any person.
