Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
If i have a car that my mother paid for as my graduation gift and she takes the car away but both of our names are on the title i turn 18 can i take the car ?

As Co-owners of the car, either one of you may possess the vehicle, unless you have a contract otherwise. If just the mother is named on a note, secured by three vehicle, she may take the car to the lender to resolve the loan.
