Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
I was charged with lwed and lousious behavorer but not convicted. in kansas. wanting to know how to get it off public records. in 2007. it came to be that they had the wrong guy. spent 45 days in jail while they investagated the case.

You may seek to have the arrest expunged fram your record, or to have the case sealed by the court. If the prosecutor admits that they had the wrong guy, they may be willing to assist you with this.
