Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
My children are in a situation at school where one was being bullied and the other is being picked on by staff and being called stupid and a jerk and then that child has been getting in trouble for 'acting out'. I have requested to be present at all future interviews with the principal for behavior and he has refused. Does he have that right and what are my rights. I don't trust this person.
