Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
A Customer Service Rep from Verizon offered me a plan. I accepted. When I got on the next day it was $150 dollars more than what he had offered. I checked the details with him several times. Is Verizon liable for this. They said that they have no such plan that he offered and could not fix my problem. Is there anything I can do? Thanks!

Tell Verizon that you are canceling their service because it is not what was offered to you. Tell the Kansas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commision, and the Better Business Bureau what happened to you. Do not use the service, or you may have tacitly agreed to the service as they now say it is.
Good luck
