Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
I was delivered a summons to appear in court for a civil suit on a fender bender I had when I was 14 and I am now 41 what do I do and in this they stated that im also being brought in for contempt of court for not showing up at some time but this is the first I have heard of this And the statute of limitation in Kansas is 3 years for debt collectors to sue you

This case sounds bizarre. It surpasses all statutes of limitation (SOLs). SOLs are not relevant, if there was a suit and judgment. If there was a judgment back then, they would have had to renew it many times. You should consult directly with a civil
