Go to just about any Kansas District (county) web site and click on the records tab. You will either get access or be directed to sign up with the site that grants you access. Some are fee-based. But, you should be able to pay with a credit card from home. Or, you can hire an attorney to go and receive the hard copy records.
Good luck
