Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
can we file a case to someone who has an unpaid debt of 3,750? i think she has no plans of paying it.

I think you are asking if you can sue someon that owes you money, and seems to have no intent to pay it voluntarily. If that is your situation, then the answer is probably "Yes." A big part of court cases are people collecting debts from others. If that is not your question, then perhaps you can rephrase and repost.
