Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
Hi, I had a friend interested in buying my car but i made it clear to him if i let him make payments i need a down payment to hold it for him. In other words i asked him to give me an xbox 360 as mine and then i wouldnt sell the car to another interested buyer. Well we had this all planned out he already gave me the xbox and i had it for like a week and a half then decided he wanted to back out and he wants his xbox back. Do i legally have to give him the xbox back since he gave it to me to hold the car for him and i did but he changed his mind? I'd like to know cause i think its unfair to me

Based upon the facts you described, you must either turn the car or the Xbox over to him, unless you turned down a purchase offer from another buyer.
Good luck
