Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas

Good morning. I was wondering if I could possibly sue McDonalds for firing me over my freedom of speech? I'm getting fired for basically what I put on Facebook. is that fair?

The question "Can I sue?" is almost always answered Yes. But, the facts of each case, determine whether the likelihood of success, warrants the time and expense to bring the suit. You were very vague about the facts, so impossible to determine the strength of your claim here. Perhaps you should consult directly with an employment lawyer in your area.
