Can my husband file a lawsuit if he was neglected medical treatment while he was incarcerrated? He suffered seizures while in custody, because of their negligence.

A fomer inmate may bring a 1983 or other action for failure to provid eadequte medical care. They are nto alway ssuccessful, as the plaintiff (inmate) may have to show that they would not have suffered a seizure if they were not incarcerated.
