Would I have to pay child support to my aunt if I'm the one doing things for my child?

Unless there is a Court Order, you would not normally have to pay child support to your aunt. You just support your child, as you say you are. If there is an Order that gives your aunt custody and control of your child, and for you to pay support to her, actions you take to assist the child directly probably won't relieve of that debt. In that case, you may want to file a Motion or Petition to Modify or replace that previous Order. You need to consult directly with a family law attorney in your area.
Good luck
