Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
my RV was towed and the bill was $1000.00 for 25 miles and the towing service will not let me have any of my personal property. i talked to the local sheriff and county attorney and the said i would have to work some deal with the tow service. he said i could get nothing until bill was paid in full can he keep my belongings in the RV
