Re: How do I sell my Copyright?
A copyright is intellectual property and can be sold like any other property right. Often this is done by an assignment and shown on a piece of paper much like conveying real property. One can also reserve a right in his work and make a limited assignment to another person to use the copyrighted work. If the work is registered with the government, there might be some paperwork to complete there. This is offered for educational purposes only and is not intended to create an attorney client relationship. If you have an actual legal problem, you should contact a competent attorney.
