Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas

I am a u.s.Federal Government disabled employee. I have 29 years of service and never been promoted to a higher grade. One of the reasons why is because I am being illegally used as a Radiation Test Subject for the last 14 years. I have written letters about this to The President, Dept. Of Justice, ACLU,many more. Since Edward Snowden revealed illegal surveillance, the Government has been trying g desperately to fire me. The Government has made up lies about me and also put me on a community watch by citiens. The Government caused me to file an EEO case against them and we had mediation last week with my Union and I. I suffered an irregular heartbeat the next day and had to spend four days in the hospital from the illegal Radiation testing they have been doing to me for so many years. Can you help me put a stop to this torture? The Government is trying hard to eliminate me so they can keep this silent. What do you suggest?

The situation you described is unusual. You may have a federal work comp claim. If you don't already have an attorney, you need to consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area. Try to find one that handles federal work comp claims.
