Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
Would I have a valid civil rights case if i was found guilty criminally of a 922g when they said under oath there was no physical evidence linking me to theft and the guy who admitted he stole the guns said under oath he lied but was given immunity before even questioned. I helped the sheriff's recover $20,000.00 worth of guns trying to do what's right and ended up the only one even charged only because they gave the guy immunity and I wouldn't tell them he had stolen the guns. The SO also said they agreed to not charge me if i would bring them the guns. So I did and I got charged anyways.
