Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kansas
I worked at a local hospital where I live, and was honestly bullied out of my position. Now, even after being terminated (because i reported my supervisor and she found any way possible to get rid of me) I am being slandered around town. What can I do at this point?

Under teh facts you described, you may be abel to sue for slander or posibly libel. You may also be able to contest your termination. The facts of your case greatly affect the choice of action to bring and the likelihood of success. Therefore, I suggest you consult direclty with a plaintiff's attorney in your area soon. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. You have a limited amount of time to bring these causes of action, so do not procrastinate.
Good luck
