Legal Question in Construction Law in Kansas
contract labor
We have an employee that is currently a part time employee, this employee is bidding to do some contract work we need to get done. Is this a conflict of interest? does this person need to have separate insurance coverage?

It can easily be perceived as a conflict of interest and you would each need to have separate insurance. An attorney knowing all the facts could advise you further and in more detail.
