Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
I entered into a written contract with "Victory Tax Solutions" on August 20, 2015, and the contract reads, and I quote: You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within five (5) business days from the agreement date. If you elect to cancel, any payments made by you under the contract will be returned within five (5) business days following receipt by Victory Tax Solutions of this cancellation notice."
To cancel this transaction, please deliver this notice, signed and dated, via certified mail or overnight courier to Victory Tax Solutions, at 455 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 240, Ann Arbor, Mi. 48108. You may also deliver this notice to Victory Tax Solutions via facsimile. end of quote. I cancelled on August 26, 2015; via. facsimile. TO DATE NO RESPONSE FROM VICTORY TAX SOLUTIONS. Can I file a lawsuit for breach of contract?
