Is it legal for a 17 year to smoke in the privacy of their own home? And what is The law on drinking in a home for minors

It is illegal for a 17 year old to consume alcoholic beverages anywhere in the state of Kansas. If the minor consumes alcohol in their home, the parents/guardians can be convicted of a crime. It is illegal for a 17 year old to purchase or possess tobacco products in the State of Kansas.
