Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
Last night I went to my local McDonald's and purchased a Big Mac and I took one bite and on the bottom of the box was a picture of male genitalia. When I came back to show them they tried to rush me out the door they gave me a new sandwich and not one apology until I talked to the store manager. I have contacted there 800 number. I am currently waiting on the franchise owner to contact me I also have a picture of the box and drawing.

The problem is that you don't know what else they did to your food. You provably need to consult directly with an attorney in your area and call a local TV station. If you let them dismiss this as just a hoax, they well allow it to happen again, and they next victim might get sick or die.
