Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
A phone company named Techno Club called my home advertising Iphones for a great price and a plan also for a great price. We called and all we needed to pay was $200.00 for two Iphones. We gave them our address and they said that the phones will get to us the very next day. We waited but nothing came so we called the company saying that we wanted our money back they said that our money will arrive in two day but this ahs been going on for a week and the final time we called there was no answer. Can we sue them for fraud?
1 Answer from Attorneys
You can sue them, if you can find them for service of process. You should at least rerrot them to the FCC and the Attorney General's office in Topeka. It appears that you got scammed. It was foolish to pay $200 over teh telphone for merchandise that costs much more than that. Did you not see any red flags?
Good luck
