Purchased a 2001 car unknowingly that had been wrecked

I purchased a car in October 2001 that was a 2001 still under warranty, used. I found out Sept 2002 that the car had been wrecked prior to my purchase. No one disclosed that this car had ever been in an accident. What are my rights? Did someone commit fraud?

Where and from whom did you buy the vehicle? Did you get a warranty? Did you buy it "as is"? What damage did the vehicle suffer in the wreck? Waht lingering problems (if any) does it still have? Did anyone hide this from you, or did they just not tell you? Do you think that the seller knew it had been wrecked?
