Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
service agreement contract
I have a service agreement contract with a trash service. On it, it has two different dates, one date of 4/1/02 is on the top and the signed date of 4/30/01. I want to know if this will make the service agreement null and void?

Re: service agreement contract
Wihtout knowing anything else about your matter, it is not uncommon for an agreement to have a date it was drafted and another date it was executed (signed) by the parties. I am unaware of any cases where that alone was grounds to nullify the agreement.
Obviously there are many ofther facts to yoru particular situation. beyond what you were able to provide here. Do not make your decision of how to act until you have consulted with counsel that has access to all of the facts.
Good Luck
