Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
My sister co signed a car for me, we're both on the loan and I've been making the payments but no she says that I can't take the car when I move. The loan says her name or my name on it.

Do you have a question? If you're asking if you can move, (with the car) over your sister's objection, it depends upon the agreement between you two. If you have an impasse, then one of you needs to buy out the other. Or, your Sister will need to reimburse you fit for half of the expenses you've paid thus far.
