Tire store wrecked my car on a test drive. What can I do?

Obviously, you are entitled to be recompensed. Sometimes service providers pay fairly and quickly. Unfortunately, some do not. If that is your situation, keep good records. Take pictures. Keep track of the narrative of what happened before, during and after the damage occurred. Since you might have to sue, you should consult directly with an attorney in your area.
