Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
This website wants me to agree to a Terms of Service that doesn't have a link to it anywhere, it wants me to agree to terms I cannot even read. If I "agree" to it by clicking a checkbox, am I legally binded to it, or is this fraud from the website? Or something else?

It would be foolish to agree to terms that you have not read. If they later try to enforce the rules against you, you may have a tough time proving that you could not access the list of terms. If you are legally compelled to sign up with the site, such as for Sexual predator registration, you might have a case. But, otherwise, it may be impossible to prove that your agreement was not knowing and voluntary.
Good luck
