Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kansas
If a website had a price for and Item and you ordered that Item and the website already took the money out of your bank account and begin to ship the item to you. then the website noticed that the item was marked the wrong price. Does the website have the right to put your order on hold and charge you the difference or make you cancel your order? I order a bed and mattress together got the mattress yesterday..got a call from the website telling me they errored in the cost of the bed and I owed more. and sent me a disclaimer telling me that they had the right not to honor the agree price and that at anytime they had the right to change the price. I understands them changing the price before the order was placed and the money taken out of my account..but afterward? It seems unfair

You should first take your case to the attorney general's office. Perhaps there was no "error" but rather a ploy to sell the bedding for more thatn people would be willing to pay originally. IF you choose not to do that, then you shoudl demand that the money get put back into yoru account befoe they have the mattress picked up.
Good luck
