Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

I just got some bad news from my parents. They're being sued by the hospital that took care of my dad, when he got hit by a guitar over his head. We sued the guy who hit him, and he lost. apparently the guy who we sued never paid the medical bills, and now the hospital is suing us for unpaid bills. What should I do?

If your Dad won the suit agaionst the guy that hit him, your dad should bring that guy in as another defendant in the case brought by the hospital. Let me know if you need assistance with that.
