Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas
bank accout garnishment
I have received a non-earnings garnishment from a creditor. They are going to garnish bank accounts. I have no accounts that I own but I am an authorized signer on some. They are sending notice to the bank where I am an authorized signer. Can they garnish any of those?

You did not provide much information. But, with the information you did provide, it appears that the creditor may attach all those accounts. Good luck
