Can contractor collect for debt and services rendered on property owned by L.L.C. under bank forclosure

The foreclosure of the property does not prevent the workman from suing the homeowner. Although the foreclousre may prevent a mechanic's lien if not filed before the sale. That is if you had a right to go after them in the first place.
