Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

I was granted a divorce in Jan. 2009. I was awarded the house and refinanced it in my name only. My ex was awarded a 5th wheel camper and said he would refinance in his name. He assured me a year ago that he had done so. I pulled my credit report today and saw it still on there. I called the financing bank and I am still on the loan. I am getting married and plan to be purchasing a home and do not want the $30k in debt to work against me in that process. Is there any way I can force him to refinance or sell it to remove my name from the loan?

You may have to fiel a Request for a Contempt citation in your divorce case,. This may be the only way that you can force the sale or refinance. Othersise, your only option may be to buy your ex's interest in the trailer and sell it yourself.
