In Kansas-received summons regarding dental fees owed, paid dentist before court date, do I still owe court costs?

Technically, you may owe the court costs, if your written agreement with the dentist says you do. But, once the principal and interest have been paid, many plaintiffs dismiss their case, rather than go on.
